We offer three packages. Choose from our Bronze 32pt check, Silver 46pt check or the Gold 50pt check with diagnostics.
KEEPING YOUR VEHICLE ON THE ROAD
Kilmarnock Tyres are approved by the Government appointed Vehicle Operator Services Agency (VOSA) and all MoT tests are completed by MoT testers nominated by VOSA.
Now you can have your test completed up to one month before the expiry of your MoT.

KEEPING YOUR VEHICLE SAFE
In the UK you are required by law to keep your car in a roadworthy condition to ensure the safety of all road users. An MOT test ensures that your car meets both road safety and environmental standards and must be renewed yearly.
All cars over the age of 3 years must have an up to date MOT certificate and these can only be obtained from an approved test centre like Kilmarnock Tyres.
When you bring your car to Kilmarnock Tyres for your MOT test we will check the following to ensure your car meets the requirements.
Body/vehicle structure, fuel system, exhaust emissions, exhaust system, seat belts, seats, doors, mirrors, load security, brakes, tyres and wheels, registration plates, lights, bonnet, wipers/washers, windscreen, horn, steering and suspension, vehicle identification number and all visible electrical wiring and the battery.
Please note that the MOT test does not cover the engine, clutch or gearbox.

Servicing generally takes place in three or four different forms: oil and filter change, interim service and a full or major service. The single most important thing that a person can do to prolong the life and performance of their car is to have an oil and filter change once a year or every six to twelve thousand miles.
We can use genuine manufacturers’ parts and oil when we service your car, and offer very competitive rates. Unlike many garages, we ALWAY use the manufacturer's recommended oil to ensure optimal engine life.
What about my Manufacturer's warranty?
Following a 2003 study by the Office of Fair Trading, a code was introduced to require that car manufacturers remove conditions of warranties that require your car to be serviced at a garage that is part of the manufacturers' network.
We are often up to 50% cheaper than your local dealer and our work is completed to the same high standards.
